Privacy Policy
A clear picture of what information this website handles, why it is needed, and how to reach us about it.
Who we are & what this covers
FRIES CAT LLC operates the FRIES CAT company website at friescat.com. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to FRIES CAT LLC.
FRIES CAT LLC is registered in Wyoming, United States.
This policy covers visits to the company website and company enquiries. It does not replace the privacy information provided by DynamicPoses, MorseWise, or another linked product. Read the relevant product’s policy before using its features or sending it personal information.
Information this website handles
When you browse
Your browser sends technical information to the infrastructure serving this website. This can include an IP address, requested page, browser information, referring page, and request time. Hosting and security services may record this information to deliver pages, investigate errors, and protect the website.
The company website does not provide account registration, checkout, newsletter signup, or a contact submission form. You do not need a company account to browse it.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any name, attachments, or other information you include. Share only what is needed for your enquiry. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or sensitive identity documents.
An email link opens your email application; the website itself does not submit a message. Your email provider also handles the message under its own terms.
The company owner is currently the only person at FRIES CAT with access to the company mailbox and handles enquiries and privacy requests. The email provider also processes messages to operate the service.
How information is used
Information associated with the company website and enquiries is used to:
- Deliver content and diagnose technical problems.
- Detect abuse and maintain website security.
- Respond to questions, feedback, and potential collaborations.
- Maintain necessary correspondence and records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations.
For product support, we may ask you to use the relevant product’s support channel so the request can be handled in the right context.
Retention & security
We keep ordinary company enquiry correspondence for 12 months after the enquiry is closed, to support follow-up questions and continuity. Necessary correspondence remains available while an enquiry is active. An ordinary enquiry is closed when it is resolved or the discussion has ended; an inactive discussion may be closed after 90 days without further correspondence if no action is outstanding. This inactivity rule does not apply to privacy requests.
We keep a minimal record of how a privacy request was handled for 24 months after closure, to document our response. This does not mean retaining all the original information covered by a deletion request. We review expired enquiry and request records monthly and delete them within 30 days after their retention period ends.
Unnecessary attachments and misdirected messages are removed as soon as they are identified; spam is kept for no more than 30 days. Contract, payment, tax, or dispute records may need a separate retention period based on an applicable obligation or a specific continuing need. We retain only the necessary information for that purpose and review those records at least annually. A valid deletion request is assessed when received, without waiting for a routine retention period to expire.
Technical log retention and backup deletion depend on the hosting and email services actually configured. The periods above apply to correspondence and copies under our control; they are not a promise of immediate deletion from provider backups. Provider backup and log schedules, processing locations, and any necessary international transfer arrangements must be confirmed before this draft becomes effective.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.
Your choices & privacy requests
You can browse without creating an account and choose how much information to include in an enquiry.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, obtain a copy, or object to or restrict certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may have the right to withdraw it. You may also have a right to complain to the relevant data protection authority.
Email hello@friescat.com and describe your request and its connection to this company website. The subject “Privacy request” helps us identify it, but is not required. The company owner will acknowledge the request, check its scope, and review the relevant records. We use existing correspondence and the original contact address where appropriate to verify identity, and request additional information only when reasonably necessary. We do not routinely require identity documents.
We respond without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline. We explain the action taken, any information that must be retained and why, and any further steps available. If an extension is permitted and needed, we explain the reason and revised timing within the applicable deadline. Ordinary requests are handled free of charge.
Product account and usage requests should go to the contact in that product’s policy. Rights and response requirements depend on applicable law; this policy does not limit them.
Children’s information
This company website is not directed at children and does not intentionally collect children’s personal information. It presents company information and product links, without children’s accounts or a registration flow. Please do not include a child’s personal information in a general company enquiry.
If you believe a child’s information has been sent to us and want it reviewed or removed, contact hello@friescat.com. Each product addresses its own suitability and privacy practices separately.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when the website’s data practices change. An effective policy will show its publication or revision date. Where required by law, material changes will be communicated before the relevant new processing begins.
The review date on this draft is not an effective date.
